A very cryptic title for my Above The Law blog post today,  I know.

Is there some nexus or connection between these two statements?

Yes, it tums out, based upon some very interesting research published in the Harvard Business Review. There is a connection.

The Professor who conducted the study said that she “found that the likelihood of engaging in unethical behavior during negotiation is related strongly to gender: men are more likely to act deceptively than women are.”

That’s quite an indictment. Any support for this?
